Precipitation amounts of one to two 2 inches will be possible tonight through Thursday night. That combined with already saturated soils and elevated streams and river levels may lead to flooding. Up to two-tenths of an inch of sleet may accumulate along with freezing rain this evening through Thursday afternoon. Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the ice. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact travel for the evening commute today and the morning commute Thursday.
