42-year-old Curtis Trumaine Callaway, of Callands, could be sentenced to death if convicted for capital murder in the death of 74-year-old Juanita Dalton of Chatham. Andrew Nester, Henry County Commonwealth’s Attorney, confirms he intends to seek the death penalty for Callaway. Callaway has been indicted by a grand jury for capital murder, rape, arson, and abduction with intent to defile.
