A cold front that extended from Lake Ontario to the Gulf of Mexico moved east across the Mid Atlantic region this morning. By Friday morning high pressure will be over the area. The area will continue within a pattern that features quick moving, but weak, disturbances into early next week. In the forecast rain ending and the temperature falling to around 42. Sunshine through Monday with highs from 38 rising to 47 by Monday and lows 18 rising to 32 through the period. A chance of rain returns on Tuesday with some snow showers possible Tuesday night.
