City Council will take up the issue of adding another ambulance in a few weeks when the new budget comes out. Fire Chief Ted Anderson says 29 calls have been handed over the Henry County because Martinsville was unable to respond. City Manager Leon Towarnicki says it will take a two cent real estate tax hike to cover the cost. A new ambulance costs $250,000.
