Franklin County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of theft in the 700 block of Country Ridge Road in the Henry Community of Franklin County on June 25 and the two suspects were arrested on June 28. The residents had arrived shortly after 1:00 p.m. to find a glass door broken out and numerous items including TVs, stereo, jewelry, camera, money and more missing. Investigators were able to recover most of the stolen items on June 28 at various pawn shops in Henry County and Eden, North Carolina. Investigators soon developed Kevin Pulley and Tiffany Archer as suspects. Both Pulley and Archer were arrested in Henry County on June 28 with the assistance of the Henry County Sheriff’s Office. Both have been charged with burglary and grand larceny in Franklin County. This is an ongoing investigation and additional charges may be pending.
