Obituaries

Dustin Turner Wallace, 28, of Martinsville, Virginia, passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2023. He was born March 16, 1995, in Martinsville, Virginia, to David L. Wallace and Denise Harris Ingram.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, John Wallace, and grandparents, Sam and Sweet Pea Harris; and aunt, Diane Taylor.

Dustin was a member of McCabe Memorial Church and was the first person baptized in their new Sanctuary. He loved being outdoors where he enjoyed, hunting, fishing, practicing shooting his firearms, and practicing archery. He also loved mud trucking through the woods and all of nature. He had a heart of gold and was willing to help everyone.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his stepfather, Richard Ingram; sisters, Autumn Jackson (Jamie) and Jodie Lewis (Brandon); uncle, Barry Wallace (Anita); special aunt, Debra Moore; cousins, Kelly Draper, Whitney Taylor, and McKenley Wallace; and grandmother, Virginia “Puddin” Wallace.

The service will be held at a later date.

The family wishes to thank everyone for their many prayers, cards, and monetary gifts in their time of bereavement.
