Obituaries

Laura Ellen Neaves Clark, 72, of Martinsville, passed Wednesday, May 13, 2026. She was born on March 10, 1954, to the late James Woodrow and Reva Neugent Neaves. Laura attended First Baptist Church of Martinsville.

In addition to her parents Laura was preceded in death by her husband, Larry M. Clark, two sons; Robert and Richard Clark, brother, James Neaves, sister, Virginia Stump, and a granddaughter, Amber Stultz.

Surviving are two sons; Evan and Jordan Clark, three daughters, Hope Kennon and Hannah Clark, and Denise Coleman, four sisters; Barbara Odell, Betty Amos, Patricia Reynolds, and Ann Hunt, eleven grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday, May 21, 2026, in Roselawn Burial Park with Minister Freddy Bonds officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at graveside.
