Obituaries

Wanda Gail Gee, 63, of Martinsville, Virginia passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2026. She was born on October 2, 1962, in Martinsville, Virginia to the late Alfred Bell Gee and Juanita Burnette Gee.

Wanda was a proud graduate of Drewry Mason High School and attended Trinity Friends Church. For many years, she lovingly served as a babysitter to countless children, caring for them as if they were her own. Wanda enjoyed reading, working puzzles, coloring, and most of all, cherishing the time she spent with her family.

She is survived by her sisters, Debra G. Kidd and Karen G. Seay (Michael); niece, Katie Landaverde; nephew, Christopher Seay; and her great niece, Ally Smith.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Trinity Friends Church with Pastor Ron Hill officiating. Interment will take place at Roselawn Burial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
