A weak frontal boundary stalled near the NC/SC line will remain in that vicinity today, then dissipate Monday. High pressure aloft will remain in place with a weak embedded disturbance and associated front moving into northern WV and northern VA by Monday. Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Barry will weaken to a depression today as it continues to move northward along the Mississippi River and toward Arkansas tonight. The remnants of Barry will then turn to the northeast by midweek and track across the central Appalachians and Ohio Valley.
