Tina Fey, Jamie Dornan and Riz Ahmed to be first-ever hosts of ‘Saturday Night Live UK’

Live from London, it’s Saturday night!
The first three hosts of Saturday Night Live UK have been announced.
Tina Fey will become the first-ever host of Saturday Night Live UK, which will premiere on March 21. Fey, of course, spent years as the head writer and a cast member on the American version of the show. Wet Leg will serve as the first-ever musical guest during the same episode.
Jamie Dornan will host the March 28 episode of the program. His show will feature Wolf Alice as its musical guest. Finally, Riz Ahmed will be the host of the April 4 episode, with musical guest Kasabian.
The inaugural cast of Saturday Night Live UK includes Hammed Animashaun, Ayoade Bamgboye, Larry Dean, Celeste Dring, George Fouracres, Ania Magliano, Annabel Marlow, Al Nash, Jack Shep, Emma Sidi and Paddy Young.
The original show’s creator, Lorne Michaels, is an executive producer on the new version of the show. He continues to run the American version, which is currently on its 51st season. Based in London, the new edition of the show will follow the exact same format as its U.S. counterpart.
Saturday Night Live UK will air on Sky and the streaming service NOW in the U.K. Peacock will stream the show in the U.S., with new episodes debuting to the platform the day after they initially air.
‘Bridgerton’ Season 4 soundtrack (Capitol Records)
Part 2 of the fourth season of Bridgerton is hitting Netflix on Thursday, and in advance of that, the list of songs you’ll hear in the back half of the season has been revealed.
Episode 5 will include classical-inspired string versions of Billie Eilish’s “Birds of a Feather” by Gemini Strings, Teddy Swims’ “Lose Control” by Vitamin String Quartet, and Charli XCX’s “360” for cello obligato and string quartet by Peter Gregson.
Episode 6 leans more classic rock, featuring a cover of The Cars’ “Just What I Needed” by Altum Quartet and Sting’s “Fields of Gold” by Music Lab Collective. Episode 7 contains no pop covers.
The season ends with episode 8 and a version of Camila Cabello’s “Never Be the Same” by Strings from Paris, and “The Night We Met” by Lord Huron, recorded by Joni Fuller.
The full soundtrack for part 2 will be available on streaming services Thursday.

Heartstopper’s happily ever after is coming this summer.
The movie conclusion to Nick and Charlie’s love story, Heartstopper Forever, will debut on Netflix on July 17. It’ll premiere 10 days after the release of series creator Alice Oseman’s final volume of the Heartstopper graphic novel, which comes out on July 7.
As previously reported, Kit Connor and Joe Locke will be reprising their roles as Nick and Charlie, respectively, as well as serving as executive producers on the project.
The film will pick up after the events of season 3 as Nick prepares to leave for university and Charlie finds new independence at school. According to the description on Tudum, “the reality of a long-distance relationship begins to weigh on them. Doubts take hold, and their relationship faces its biggest challenge yet.”
The rest of the main cast also returns for the film, including Will Gao, Yasmin Finney, Tobie Donovan, Corinna Brown, Kizzy Edgell and Jenny Walser.
Last week, it was announced that the role of Nick’s mother, played in seasons 1 and 2 of the series by Olivia Colman, has been recast for the film. Anna Maxwell Martin will now be playing the part.

Friends and former costars of Eric Dane are paying tribute to the actor after his death at the age of 53.
Dane’s death was confirmed Thursday by ABC News.
The actor, a father of two, revealed in April 2025 that he’d been battling the incurable degenerative neurological disorder amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or ALS.
As recently as December, Dane said on a panel that he hoped to continue acting in roles involving ALS, saying, “It’s imperative that I share my journey with as many people as I can, because I don’t feel like my life is about me anymore.”
Actor Ashton Kutcher, a friend of Dane’s, was among the first to publicly pay tribute to the late Grey’s Anatomy star, writing on X Thursday, “The Franklin strip fanatics fantasy football league will miss Mr. Eric Dane. We know you’ll be watching from the booth. Miss you, buddy. Let’s keep fighting the fight to solve ALS.”
Dane’s Grey’s Anatomy costar Patrick Dempsey remembered his friend during an appearance on a radio show Friday, saying in part, “He was the funniest man. He was such a joy to work with. And I just want to remember him in that spirit because anytime he was on set, he brought so much fun to it. He had a great sense of humor … we got along instantly.”
In addition to Grey’s Anatomy, on which he portrayed Dr. Mark Sloan, Dane also starred in shows including Charmed, Euphoria and Countdown as well as films including Marley & Me and Bad Boys: Ride or Die, according to his IMDb biography.
Alyssa Milano, who costarred with Dane on Charmed, shared photos of Dane on Instagram, writing in part, “I can’t stop seeing that spark in Eric’s eye right before he’d say something that would either make you spit out your drink or rethink your entire perspective. He had a razor-sharp sense of humor. He loved the absurdity of things. He loved catching people off guard. And when it came to his daughters and Rebecca, everything in him softened. He carried them with him even in rooms where they weren’t present. You could see it in the way his voice changed when he said their names. A breathtakingly beautiful family.”
Journalist Maria Shriver, whose publishing imprint published Dane’s memoir, also paid tribute, writing on Instagram, “What a tragedy. He was so heroic the way he handled his diagnosis. He used his voice to let the world know what it was like living with ALS.”
I Am ALS, an advocacy group Dane worked with, shared a statement after the actor’s death, saying, “Eric brought humility, humor, and visibility to ALS and reminded the world that progress is possible when we refuse to remain silent.”
Born on Nov. 9, 1972, in San Francisco, Dane caught the acting bug in high school and made his television debut in a 1991 episode of Saved by the Bell.
Dane is survived by his two daughters, whom he shares with the actress Rebecca Gayheart.
Gayheart and Dane married in October 2004. Gayheart filed for divorce in 2018 but later requested to dismiss that petition in March 2025, a month before Dane went public with his ALS diagnosis.
