That’s 2.4 cents lower than a month ago and 14.1 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. The national average is up 1.2 cents to $2.88. AAA reports the average gas prices in Patrick County are $2.63, in Henry County are $2.73, and in Martinsville are $2.80.
