The Mustangs beat the HiToms last night at Hooker Field, 9-5. Caleb Anderson gets the win, and Cayden Mitchell led the offense, getting one run, two hits, two RBI’s and one homerun in five at-bats. Attendance for the game was 784, as Martinsville got its seventh win of the season, still holding on to last place in the CPL’s West Division, nine games out of first with 22 games left in the season. The Mustangs play at Wilmington tonight.
