A Martinsville man was arrested Monday in Henry County after allegedly telling a state trooper he had Molotov cocktails in his vehicle and wanted to detonate one. Virginia State Police said Morgan Vincent Chambers, 32, was taken into custody near the 800 block of Dupont Road after a trooper stopped the vehicle for an improper parking violation. The area was evacuated, and Dupont Road was closed while suspicious items were removed. Chambers faces felony charges, and the investigation is continuing.
