Obituary For Alicia N. Millner

On Sunday, July 20, 2025, Alicia N. Millner 36, of Atlantic Circle, Martinsville peacefully transitioned from this earthly life surrounded by her loving and devoted family. She was born on May 4, 1989, in Martinsville, VA to Rona Stockton Millner.

Alicia was a Dental Technician for Affordable Dentures, Danville, VA and Wilson Family Dentistry, Martinsville, VA. She was a graduate of Laurel Park High School class of 2007. Alicia was of the Primitive Baptist Faith.

Alicia was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Sanford and Mary Catherine Moore Millner, one uncle, Calvin Rayfield Moore and one aunt, Brenda Millner.

Alicia leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Rona Stockton Millner of Martinsville, VA; father, Sanford Gregory Millner of Bassett, VA; maternal grandparents, Elder Percy W. and Myrtle A. Stockton, Sr. of Martinsville, VA; seven uncles, Percy W. Stockton, Jr. (Keecha) of Atlanta, GA, Elroy Stockton, Ivory Stockton (Ann) and Tim Stockton all of Martinsville, VA, and Paul Hairston of Greensboro, NC, Herman “Shack” Moore of Bassett, VA and Kenneth Pete Moore (Sylvia) of Martinsville, VA; six aunts, Shirley Norfleet (Winford) and Antionette Woodfolk both of Martinsville, VA, Lula Stockton of Greensboro, NC, Tammy Jones, Debra Ward and Joan Moore all of Bassett, VA; special cousins, Joshua B.J. McNeil, Tyler Stockton, Aaron Stockton (Sherice), Baby Destin Stockton, Sherry Norfleet, Ashley Stockton, Tara Ward Royster, Brittany Millner, Capricia Moore-Stanley, Charlisa Moore Powell and Travis Ward; special caregiver, Violet Dawson; and a host of other relatives, and friends.

A visitation service will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. with the funeral service at 12 noon at the C.R.V. Memorial Chapel at Hairston Funeral Home with Elder Dominique Hylton, Officiating, Elder Manuel Jessup, Eulogist. Interment will follow at the Rock Hill Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery,148 Stockton Rd., Martinsville, VA.

A public viewing will be held on Friday, July 25, 2025, at Hairston Funeral Home, 301 Fayette St., Martinsville, VA between the hours of 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. the family will be present during this time. Live streaming of the funeral service will be available at Haston Funeral Home live via Facebook.
