Chad O’neil DeShazo, 45, of Henry, passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2022 at Sovah Health-Martinsville. He was born on January 14, 1977 in Martinsville to Sharon DeShazo Wingfield and to the late David Darrell DeShazo.

Surviving in addition to his mother are brothers, Darrell Scott DeShazo and Chuck O’ryan DeShazo; niece, Kinsey Lynn DeShazo; nephews, Austin O’ryan DeShazo, Ryan O’neil DeShazo and Zack Darrell DeShazo.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Bassett Funeral Service Chapel where a funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow funeral service at the Family Cemetery on Philpott Road in Franklin County.
