Darrell Lee McGee, 55, of Ridgeway, Virginia passed away Monday, December 9, 2024. He was born December 23, 1968, in Martinsville, Virginia to Martha Chitwood Goins and the late Leonard Darrell Miller.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brother, Robert McGee.

Darrell proudly served in the United States Army during Desert Storm and Desert Shield. He was a graduate of Drewry Mason High School. In his free time, he enjoyed playing arcade games, especially Pac Man. He had an amazing sense of humor and loved making others laugh.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his aunts and uncles, James Miller, Ronnie Miller (Teresa), Terry Miller, and Jerry Miller; Nephews, Michael McGee (Jamie) and Zackary McGee; several cousins and friends.

A graveside service will be held Friday, December 13, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Henry Memorial Park. Military Honors will be presented by the Martinsville & Henry County Veterans Honor Guard.
