Obituaries

Frances “Frank” James Sutter, 66, of Axton, Virginia, passed away Monday, October 10, 2022, at his home. He was born October 14, 1955, in Carteret, New Jersey, to the late Frank Milton Sutter and Lorrayne Berickell Sutter. He was an Insurance Salesman and a member of Westover Hills Pentecostal Holiness Church. He was a Dungeons and Dragons Dungeon Master, Denver Broncos Fan, Fun Day Trader, played the piano and was an Eagle Scout. He loved books, and learning, and he started up a woodworking shop.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Debbie McCormick; and brother, James “Jim” Sutter.

Mr. Sutter is survived by his wife, Jeanette Hardy Sutter; and sisters, Corey Sutter, Tricia Sutter and Lesley Sutter.

The Graveside Service will be Sunday, October 16, 2022, at 3:00 P. M. at Green Hill Cemetery, 761 Lee Street, Danville, Virginia 24541, with Pastor Steven White officiating.
