The Blue Ridge Innovation Corridor is seeking a letter of support from the city of Martinsville for a $1 million grant bid that would include a $500,000 match by the city for the development of the National Guard Armory property on Commonwealth Boulevard.
Council meets on Tuesday, where they will also consider turning the property over to the Martinsville IDA.
