Obituaries

Carolyn Janet Clark, 80, of Martinsville, VA passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2024 at Sovah Health-Martinsville. She was born July 11, 1943 in Buena Vista, VA to the late James Ira Connor and Ruby Wilbur Connor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Clark; son, William David “Billy” Flint; and brothers, Waren Eugene “Gene” Connor and Kenneth Vaden Connor.

She is survived by her sons, Jamed Edward “Jim” Flint, Jr. and wife, Lisa and Richard Antonio “Tony” Flint; grandchildren, Chris Flint, Dustin Flint, and Adam Flint; great-grandchildren, Brandon Flint, Tyson Flint, and Karsyn Flint; sister, Darlene Connor Pugh; and brother, Marshall Edward Connor.

A graveside service will be held at a later date.
