Wilson eliminated Wilmington 8-4 in a single-elimination semifinal round of the Coastal Plain League’s East Division Championship on Sunday. Boone eliminated Lexington County 7-4 today.
Peninsula will play at Wilson, and Forest City will play Boone tomorrow in the first games of a best-of-three series to determine the divisional champions.
The Petit Cup Championship begins on August 9.
