Shotsie Buck-Hayes, the man charged with dousing Danville Councilman Lee Vogler with gas and setting him on fire, has been indicted by a grand jury for attempted first-degree murder, aggravated malicious wounding, and breaking and entering while armed with a deadly weapon.
Buck-Hayes is currently undergoing a psychiatric evaluation, the outcome of which could result in an insanity plea.
