Spencer Koger is no longer the executive director of Uptown Partnership. In a letter released Friday, the Martinsville revitalization group announced a leadership transition but gave no reason for his departure and named no replacement. Koger joined the organization in April 2023. The board says its work will continue, with an emphasis on strengthening business relationships and recruiting volunteers.
