The Henry County Industrial Development authority entered into a purchase option agreement on Monday with an unannounced industry for the potential sale of the Patriot Centre II site known as the Bryant property. The 1,200-acre site is undeveloped and gives the company the right to buy it for $1.2 million for six months. $50,000 was paid to secure the option.
