Carlton McKinney Foley, 65, of Martinsville, Virginia, passed away Monday, March 31, 2025. He was born August 26, 1959, in Martinsville, Virginia, to the late Alvis Randolph Foley and Elsie Cora Janney Foley.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Ronny Foley and grandson Nathan Foley.

Carlton was a dedicated office manager for Blumberg Excelsior’s Florida branch, where his strong work ethic and leadership made a lasting impact. A proud graduate of Fieldale-Collinsville High School, Class of 1977, he carried the values of hard work and dedication throughout his life. He had a deep love for football and could often be found ejoying a game, solving Sudoku puzzles, or watching classic westerns. In his earlier years, he found joy in golfing and spending time with friends, creating cherished memories along the way. Above all, Carlton loved his fmaily dearly, but his mother held a special place in his heart. His kindness, loyalty, and love for those closest to him will always be remembered.

He is survived by the mother of his sons, Teresa Foley; sons, C.J. Foley (Cassie) and Jamie Foley (Marti); sisters, Tammy Feazelle and Cindy James; grandchildren, Kyleigh Foley, Abby Foley, Gracie Foley, Lukas Johnson, Joey Goulett, Sebastian Boles, Chad Dixon, and Nate Dixon.

Services will be held at a later date.
