Obituaries

Jeremy Warren Belcher, 41, of Roanoke, Va. passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. He was born in Martinsville, Va. March 29, 1984, to Jerry William Belcher and Denise Pilson Belcher.

In addition to his parents, Jeremy is survived by his grandfather, William Belcher; daughter, Arzola (Zoey) Kaylin Belcher; sister, Jennifer Dawn Morral (Mike); Aunts, Sandy McCray (John) and Wanda Hopkins (Roy); uncles, Kenny Pilson (Charlotte), Jimmy Freeman and Pete Adkins; nephews, Drew Morral and Magnus Morral.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Inza Belcher; maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Frances Pilson; and aunt, Cheryl Freeman.

He was a member of First Baptist Church of Bassett. He enjoyed spending time with his daughter and playing basketball with his father and cousins.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Bassett on Sunday, June 29, 2025. A funeral service will be held at the Church on Monday, June 30, 2025, at 11:00 am and will be officiated by Reverend Doug Ramsey.
