Melissa Ann Key, 41, of Martinsville, VA passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2022, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She was born on January 16, 1981, in Martinsville, VA. She is preceded in death by her sons, Camerin Pruitt, and Logan Pruitt.

She attended Mercy Crossing Church.

Surviving is her mother, Carolene Lawson (Allan); father, Donald Key; daughter, Taylor Pruitt (Steven); son, Braydon Pruitt; sister, Jennifer Lewis (Greg); granddaughter, Paisley Evans; grandson, Gavin Evans and two nieces and one nephew.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 29, 2022, at Norris Funeral Services. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 30, 2022, at Norris Funeral Services with Don Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow the service at Lawson Family Cemetery.
