Sheila S. Rohrbaugh, 68, of Bassett, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Stanleytown Health and Rehab. She was born on July 21, 1957, in Charlottesville, Virginia, to the late Charles Angus Johnson and Ruth Jenkins Johnson.

Sheila was a woman of many loves, especially her deep affection for animals. She had a lifelong passion for horror movies and the Halloween season, both of which brought her great joy. Known for her sharp wit and fun spirit, Sheila also enjoyed pampering herself with freshly done nails and a new haircut. She was strong, kind, and deeply loving devoted sister, Momma and Nana who will be dearly missed.

Left to cherish her memory are her brother, Greg Johnson and his wife Wanda Johnson; two daughters, Jennifer Nance and husband Tommy Nance, and Britney Kiser and fiancé Brandon Blackwood; and her beloved grandchildren, Wiley Nance, William Ryan, Amanda Nance, and Winston Ryan.

In honor of Sheila’s love for animals, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Henry County Pound, 140 Jack Dalton Road, Martinsville, VA 24112.
