Rosie’s wants to move from the Dutch Inn in Collinsville to a new facility near Martinsville Speedway in Ridgeway. Owner Colonial Downs proposes a 24,000-square-foot building with up to 150 gaming terminals. Henry County supervisors will consider supporting the relocation Tuesday at 3 p.m. The project also requires special-use approval, with a zoning appeals hearing scheduled for October 28.
