Carolyn Riggins Foley, 73, of Martinsville, Virginia, passed away Friday, November 3, 2023. She was born February 22, 1950, in Martinsville, to the late Harold Riggins and Leoni Bowers Riggins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jamie Taylor.

Carolyn was a member of Soul Harbor Church, and was a dedicated employee at American Furniture for 25 years.

She is survived by her husband, Billy Foley; daughter Tabitha Foley; sister, Frances Hylton; brothers, Harold Riggins, Jr. and Jimmy Riggins; granddaughter, Katie Taylor; and beloved pet, Shilow Foley.

The funeral will be Thursday, November 9, 2023, at 12:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Marty Roberts officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope Brethren Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 8, 2023, from 7:00 to 8:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel.
