Lisa England Bays, 62, of Bassett, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at her residence. She was born on March 5, 1961, to the late Clyde Alton Shelton and Elizabeth Greer Shelton in Richmond, Virginia.

Lisa was a member of the People’s Church of the Living God in Bassett, Virginia. She was also a homemaker.

Lisa is survived by her son, Jordon England (Kaylee), daughter, Elizabeth Joanne Helton (Derek), grandchildren, Sierra Helton, Kaylee Helton, and Zayden Helton, and one brother, Mark Shelton (Linda).

She was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

All funeral services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the People’s Church of the Living God.
