Obituaries

Robert Lee Nunley, 69, of Bassett, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2023, at his residence. He was born March 25, 1954, to the late Walter Lee Nunley and Iris Hicks Nunley. Robert was retired from Tultex. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Rocky Lane Nunley.
In addition to his mother he is survived by one brother, Timothy Ray Nunley, and three sisters; Mary-Ann Coleman, Peggy Marie Howell, and Patricia Ramos.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, November 9, 2023, in Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Carson Williams officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 P.M., Wednesday afternoon at the funeral home.

Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home and Burial Park are entrusted with arrangements.
