Average gas prices in Virginia are down three cents to $2.99 a gallon this week while average gas prices across the country are down a penny to $3.14 a gallon. Triple A says in Martinsville, the average price is down three cents to $2.85 a gallon and in Henry County, the average is up a penny to $2.86.
