Nathaniel Gary Turner, 73, of Martinsville, Virginia, passed away Thursday, December 28, 2023. He was born January 12, 1951, in Rocky Mount, Virginia, to Annie Viola Turner Cassell and the late Nathaniel Peter Turner.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by sister, Katherin Turner.

Nathaniel attended Calvery Hill Church and was a dedicated Masonry worker for more than 20 years. He loved being outdoors, fishing and camping. He loved riding his motorcycle more than anything and loved playing music.

He is survived by his wife Donna Turner; stepsons, Sergeant Christopher Alan Wright, and Tyler Jacob Wright; and brother, Tony Turner.

The graveside service will be Thursday, January 4, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Franklin Memorial Cemetery with Pastor Bennie Dodson officiating.
