Ruby Smith Davis, 71, of Martinsville, Virginia, passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at her residence. She was born February 22, 1952 in Franklin County, Virginia, to the late Daniel Smith and Jane Jamison Smith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, James Allan Smith and George T. Smith.

She had been employed by Garma Tech, and enjoyed watching television and going to the mountains. She was especially fond of her cat.

Ruby is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Smith and Decarlos Kinds; sons, Latogin Davis and Drema Harrod; sister, Polly Smith; brothers, William Smith and Robert Smith; several nieces and nephews; and several grandchildren.

All services will be private.
