Obituaries

Timothy Harold Stegall, 77, of Martinsville, VA passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2022. He was born on March 9, 1945, in Virginia to the late Nathan Stegall and Violet Scott Stegall. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Garland Stegall.

Mr. Stegall served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Pocahontas Baptist Church and the VFW.

He is survived by his wife, Gaenell C. Stegall; daughter, Sandra Via; sister, Kathy Kitchen; granddaughter, Ashley Underwood; and great-grandson, Jeremiah Underwood.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at Norris Funeral Services with Roger Price and Susan Spangenberg officiating. Burial will follow the service at Roselawn Burial Park.
