Toby Elliott Boaz, 14, of Martinsville, Virginia, passed away, Friday, December 9, 2022. He was born November 11, 2008, in Martinsville, to Jennifer Elizabeth Miracle and Billy Boaz Sr.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Nettie Miracle; and step-father, Shon Horton.

Toby attended Laurel Park Middle School. He enjoyed playing the guitar, listening to music, cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with his family. He loved animals, especially his dog and best friend, Sadie.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, Billy Boaz, Jr. (Sophie); sister, Willow Boaz; grandparents, Gary & Faye Miracle; honorary grandmother, Kay Watkins Lester; very special girlfriend, Kailey Blake; step-mother, Heather Brooks; uncles, Nathan Miracle (Crystal) and Jeremy Miracle (Brooke); and several cousins, special friends, and step-siblings.

The Memorial Service will be Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at 4:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel, with Pastor Neil Pressley officiating. Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to the service.
