Andrew Overby has announced plans to run for a full term on the Patrick County Board of Supervisors. He was elected last year to serve the remaining unexpired term of Brandon Simmons, who resigned.
In his announcement, Overby took aim at Steve Marshall, another supervisor, who has threatened to sue the other members of the board for retaliating against him after he accused them of attempting to control who the county employs.
Overby claims Marshall has attempted to threaten, bully, silence, and intimidate the other supervisors.
