The flamboyant Trump Town store owner and former mayoral candidate of Boones Mill Whitey Taylor was acquitted of multiple assault and battery charges and an indecent exposure charge alleged by three former employees. Taylor accused the women of embezzling from his store, but the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office declined to prosecute the alleged embezzlement claims. The judge declared sufficient reasonable doubt to dismiss the charges against Taylor.
