The Caesars Casino in Danville is set to officially open today at noon. The festivities begin at 10:15 with a parade starting at the corner of Main and Craighead Streets. NBA star Dennis Rodman will lead the parade and place the first wager at the new casino. Remarks are scheduled for 11 a.m. and a fireworks and drone show will be tonight at 8 p.m. Meanwhile, revenue for November was up $1.5 million to $19.8 million in November, ahead of Hardrock in Bristol with $18 million and behind Rivers Casino in Portsmouth at $25.7 million.
