John Barclay Campbell, 80, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at Stanleytown Health & Rehab Center. He was born on January 15, 1944, in New Jersey, to the late Harry Arthur Campbell and Mary Whitaker Campbell.

He worked for Suny State University for twenty years until he retired at age 62. John was a man of faith, often enjoying boating, fishing, and spending quality time with his family.

John leaves behind his loving wife of 62 years, Joyce Arlene Gray Campbell; children, Darlene Pippo (Paul), John Campbell, Jr. (Sue), Donald Campbell (Ira Sema Martinez), Christopher Campbell, and Paul Campbell (Amanda); sisters, Peggy Conklin (Charles), Ruth Haram, and Betty Carey; sister-in-law, Beverly Wood; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

The family will host a Celebration of Life in the spring of 2025.
