Katherine Marlene Moore, 63, of Martinsville, Virginia passed away Friday, January 3, 2025. She was born March 18, 1961, in Martinsville, Virginia to Charles Jones and the late Patsy Ruth Hatcher Jones.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Barbara Lynn Meyers and Cynthia Stowe.

Katherine loved to spend time at the beach and loved her grandchildren. She enjoyed life and lived everyday as if tomorrow wasn’t promised.

She is survived by her daughter, Shauna Morton (Phillip Craig); son, Roger Colby Robertson; sisters, Jerri Williams (Tim) and Terri Carter; grandchildren, Conner Craig and Colby Bryson Robertson; nieces, Crystal Plogger and Whitney Draper (Jesse); great nieces, Kayla Eanes and Julia Eanes; great nephews, Dakota Parsons and Dameon Blake Meyers; and many other family and friends.

Services will be held at a later date.
