4 dead, 3 injured in Eden crash

Four people were killed and three injured on Thursday when a city employees ran a stop sign in Eden and ran over six Duke Energy employees. Of the three injured, one is critical and the other is stable. The driver, 66-year-old Michael Ray Vernon, has been charged with death by motor vehicle and running a stop sign. He was also take to the hospital with injuries.
