Charges including first-degree murder against Randy Jurden Largen, 52, were certified to a grand jury on Thursday. Largen is charged with beating to death, Cindra G. Martin when both were residents of Martinsville Lofts on Rives Road. The incident occurred almost four years ago, but Largen has been institutionalized until recently.
