Former vice mayor found guilty of driving while intoxicated

The former vice mayor of Martinsville, Chad Martin was sentenced to 60 days suspended, fined $300 dollars, install an interlock device in his vehicle and complete a VASAP program after a judge found him guilty of driving while under the influence back in May of last year.

Martin was charged with another DWI in Henry County on New Year’s Day and is due in court on that matter in March.
